As Content Creator and Social Media Manager for Tribe Coffee Culture Company, I’ve taken the lead on event and partnership strategy while shaping the voice and direction of the content we share. I drive the creation of engaging, high-performing media that reflects Tribe’s mission of community, connection, culture, and quality coffee. From producing street interviews and spotlighting upcoming events to sitting down with partners like Iron Smith Coffee’s founder or Necessity Coffee. I create original content that feels authentic and adventure-driven. As the face of Tribe on Instagram and TikTok, I represent the brand in a way that builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and fuels real engagement—ultimately helping grow and deepen the culture that defines Tribe. As the face of Tribe on Instagram and TikTok, I’ve helped significantly expand our digital presence. In less than one month, I contributed to a 130.7% increase in TikTok viewer count and a 111.3% rise in post views. This is a clear indicator that Tribe’s online engagement and community reach are rapidly growing. Through strategic storytelling and consistent brand alignment, I’m playing a key role in building momentum, strengthening engagement, and cultivating the culture that defines Tribe.

“VIBE WITH TRIBE” series
We’ve seen a lot of success with the street interview format. With Tribe, we called it “Vibe with Tribe,” where we asked people to describe their vibe. It works because it shifts the focus from the product to the people using it, highlighting real customers and authentic interactions instead of just the product itself.

We’ve also experimented with shorter-form content. In this video, we asked a quick, simple question that people could answer in passing, which kept it easy and natural. It allowed us to capture engagement without taking up much of anyone’s time.
